The environment today is different. Temporary, but different.
Most gyms are closed which has left many of us at home, without equipment and scrambling to find a daily routine that best fits the new normal.
Here are 3 simple at-home workouts that I’ve been sharing with some of our members to help get them over the hump.
Workout #1: 9-minute AMRAP
Set the clock for 9 minutes and go. Get as many rounds as you can complete.
- 3 Pushups
- 6 Bodyweight squats
- 9 Burpees
Workout #2: 20-minute AMRAP
Set the clock for 20 minutes and go. Get as many rounds as you can complete.
- 400-meter run
- 9 pushups with a twist
- 12 alternating v-ups
Workout #3 – EMOTM for 15 Minutes
Set the clock for 15 minutes. 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest
- 30 seconds – jump tuck burpees
- 30-second rest
- 30 seconds Jumping lunges
- 30 seconds rest
- 30-second plank twist
