When it comes to the squat the number one way to get a stronger squat would be to squat more!
So we are large advocates of increasing frequency. The second tip given is to slow the squat down, literally by doing tempo squats. They suck, but they work it also helps you work on your squat form because of the added tempo.
Lastly, if you want to know how to increase that back squat you are going to have to lift heavy!!
